The error seems unrelated to the patch, since - as you say - the error
is about host networking, long before OVN got involved.

Does not seem to be a problem, it is an outcome of an ancient command on an
device that does not exist anymore.
We are not cleaning up all the spawned threads at the end of a transaction,
so we see such things from time to time.
