People, please DO NOT try to upgrade database not via engine-setup. Any manual changes of database will cause your system to be invalid, in this case the setup will not be able to upgrade between configuration admin user to new. Also, please remember to make install-dev= so that you have synced PREFIX with whatever version you are working on. In this case the PREFIX is out of date. ----- Original Message -----

any chance you deleted your prefix? if so, the setup creates new keys and cannot decrypt the saved
(that was encryped using the old keys), try to use engine-config --set AdminPassword=interactive
