Looks like ovirt-guest-agent_master_build-artifacts-fc28-x86_64 nolonger works, as I see it fails to build with the following error:

than it fails to recognize that and the whole job fails on a time out:
*16:41:14* Build timed out (after 360 minutes). Marking the build as failed.
As a result, OST for guest-agent also fails. I tried to rerun the job and got the same problem.
The failing job is at [1] and I also opened JIRA issue [2] to track it.
