[Engine-devel] allowing user taking vm from vmpool in user-api

Apparently we have gap in vmpool for user-api, we need make users being able allocating vm/s to themselves, it can be done via new action on vmpool, URI: /api/vmpools/xxx/allocate|rel=allocate thoughts? -- Michael Pasternak RedHat, ENG-Virtualization R&D
