This is environment issue, cpopen 1.4 is not a new requirement. Probably some issue with the repositories.
I couldn't find a job for it in Jenkins, how are we taking it into oVirt? If we maintain it, shouldn't we add a job for it in CI so it'll be tested with other pkg with OST and other flows?
