minimum is

+%if 0%{?rhel} > 6 || 0%{?fedora} > 20
BuildRequires: python-blivet >= 0.61.14
Though you must also report to Engine in runtime whether you have brick-adding
feature enabled or not, based on runtime existence of blivet.
