I have recent fails due to gerrit connectivity: https://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/vdsm_standard-check-patch/9061/console might be relevant.
Evgheni is investigating this error, we have some networking issues between Gerrit (AWS) and our DC in PHX.
It might be due to external fedora mirror as we've seen its not stable
