Maybe your installed otopi version is not the version that ovirt-engine.spec
declares.

Did any of you encountered this problem?
$ $HOME/ovirt-engine/bin/engine-setup
***L:ERROR Internal error: type object 'Stages' has no attribute
'DB_CONNECTION_SETUP'
Do you know how to work around it/fix it?
Was probably fixed recently - you can try latest master. what version do you use?
If 3.5.0 beta, reports setup was broken there. If you do not want that, remove the
package ovirt-engine-reports-setup. Perhaps dwh too.
