How is it possible that this change landed on 3.5 branch? It should have
failed (and it's failing) on master too so the patch should have been marked
as -1 on verification and rejected. Or am I missing something?
my guess is the jobs doesn't run with "all-lang" options so it might have
been missed?
also there was an outage yesterday on ci following the artifactory.ovirt.org downtime,
also might have affected it.
but i'd also like to see how the patch was merged to master without verification.
