Yes, I noticed that and spent some time trying to understand/fix, but
eventually gave up and posted above.
If it's due to centos 8.3 issues, perhaps we can give up on it and build
only with Stream.
Also, now that Sandro builds engine based on Stream, we should make
"he-installed" include that too, once it's published.
