I believe this is just a manifestation of couple of other bugs and not a bug by itself. Well at least it wasn't.. the report contains too many different bits of info now. I added the depends on bugs there, all are fixed or are waiting for merge and then this needs to be retested.
I think we found the root cause, we are going to push a patch to cockpit-ovirt soon.
