Hi, I just recreated the issue with oVirt Node being installed on en-us, and the web ui set to en-us as well. Exported Chrome log for the exception. ovirt-engine tries to access `/ovirt-engine/services/files/spice/SpiceVersion.txt` while creating the template, which returns 404, and it fails to continue. This is a fresh installation from the newest ISO (as of writing). Best, Jöran Am Mo., 18. Apr. 2022 um 12:37 Uhr schrieb Benny Zlotnik < bzlotnik@redhat.com>:
it could be related to locale as I couldn't reproduce this with en. Can you submit a bug?

Sorry that it took so long to answer (had to realize that half of the
underlying storage cluster disks are SMR drives, and the oVirt VMs didn't start correctly).
Yes, I do see this issue with regular NFS disks as well (see attached).
Eventually related to locale? Installed everything in de_DE.
Best, Jöran

Does this fail only with a Managed Block Storage disk? Or traditional image disks fail too?
