We use mock for ovirt-setup-lib unit tests, and while they are not running in Jenkins
yet, we will activate a job for it soon.
If the job is non-existent, you will most probably creates a
standard-CI jobs that can get its own dependencies when it needs them,
so this question is not relevant for you.
