Thanks Sandro for the heads up. I have checked these 2 components and I am
pretty sure they are not related.
All,
Since there have been no other recommendations / ideas including the
Wildfly mailing groups where I posted a similar question, I am leaning
towards the patch I posted earlier [1].
However, WF21 upgrade patches will not get merged until January to avoid
unexpected issues during company lockdown.

guess it may be related to ovirt-scheduler-proxy or ovirt-optimizer.
