I tried a couple of months ago (I upgraded to fc32 right after it was
made available), I tried building otopi manually and discussed this
with Didi, but the rabbit hole for the code changes required was far
too deep. So along with the decision to drop fedora support for ovirt,
I decided to just move to a supported environment

Machine. What is exactly your development process?
a) How do you debug the Engine/GUI using IDE installed on your laptop?

do remote debugging with intellij, see[1]
b) What about code changes? Files' copying to a VM and
building it there?
I personally just use rsync, maybe you can do some tricks with
and share a mount
