Ovirt is based on gwtp, I think you should learn gwt first
the oVirt GUI (web-admin-portal, user-portal) is based on GWT/GWTP, however if your (Hyunsoo's) intention is to write a VDI solution of your own based on the oVirt-engine API/SDK / vdsm / ..., and not changing/extending the oVirt GUI code itself, then learning/knowing GWT/GWTP is definitely NOT a requirement.

I aminterested in developing VDI using Ovirt. I need to know how Ovirt works in coding level because I might have to change or verify the Ovirt code.
So, if you send me any info, such as UML(Unified Model Language), it would be very thankful.
