We have a long waiting bug about localizing it here: *Bug 1411699* <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1411699> - [RFE] cockpit-ovirt plugin panel is not localized into Chinese. But so far we lack capacity for handling it.
That said, we have plenty of strings to be translated in other projects: https://zanata.phx.ovirt.org/
