Issue is that since qemu-kvm-tools has been removed in recent qemu-kvm we dropped it as requirement in 4.2 so it's not included anymore in oVirt Node 4.2.

If so, we need to change ovirt-host-deploy in the upcoming 4.1.7 release in order to not fail when adding a 4.2 node.

But that's not a must for 4.1.7, right? It can be delivered in 4.1.8 ... Fortunately no changes will be needed on engine as host upgrade manager in 4.1 checks only about qemu-kvm and qemu-img packages ... Y.
