I'm asking because the rsdl is not correct about cloud-init, specific:

e.g. it is not mentioned that there is an collection "ips",
not in the wiki and not in the rsdl.
ATM our developers are cursing at me/ovirt.
I'd like to stop this asap.
what version are you working on?
please note that <network> under <cloud_init> was changed to
<network_configuration> recently.
i've updated the wiki as well.
if this doesn't help, please attach the xml you are using and i could try and look for
the error.
