Hi, recently I stumbled upon Peek [1], nice one-button screen recorder. It * records selected rectangle of the screen, * can produce gif / webm / mp4. * is packaged for most linux distributions * and just works. I find it great for bug reporting. [1]: https://github.com/phw/peek
