Hi Jenny! sorry for writing late, it's great to see you interested in oVirtJS! :) I'm pretty sure Greg will be a great mentor. If you have any questions about oVirtJS or oVirt UI in general, you can also reach out to me. As other people wrote, you can start by familiarizing yourself with project and its main features and play with REST API HTTP interface. Good luck! Regards, Vojtech ----- Original Message -----

Thanks a lot guys!
And thank you, Greg, for not forgetting me :) I'm really excited! I've already got my dev set up running and started playing with oVirt on fedora. I'm looking at API now and will start to manually test it.
Cheers, Jenny

Hello!
I'm a student and I'm interested in the OPW project, which funds women into open source projects. oVirt is one of the supported projects. I'm really interested in working on the new ovirt.js library which uses the ovirt rest api.
I need a mentor for this project. Any suggestions if it's a good idea to work on this? And also anyone interested in mentoring me in this project?
I'm not selected yet but I would love to commit some contributions to get a feel of what it's like to work on ovirt.js beforehand.
Cheers, Jenny
