Sahina, Denis, can you send a patch requiring 3.10 only for centos/fedora?
Not sure that is the right move, given that AFAIK 4.2 will be released
after RHGS 3.3.
Also availability in CentOS SIG could be considered to be equivalent
to availability in EPEL. Which is to say, it is available on RHEL,
just not from Red Hat.
