Not sure what's this one - perhaps gentoo compiles our packages (including -release). The "canonical" place to check should be: http://www.ovirt.org/develop/dev-process/install-nightly-snapshot/

ovirt-release-master.rpm includes both -snapshot and -snapshot-static .
