Fwd: [CentOS-devel] CBS mash repositories going away next wednesday

Heads up that we may have disruptions due to repositories being sunsetted. We'll need to update all the places pointing to repos hosted on cbs.centos.org to use https://buildlogs.centos.org/ instead. Note that repository structure is different so manual work is needed to adapt. ---------- Forwarded message --------- Da: Fabian Arrotin <arrfab@centos.org> Date: lun 23 mar 2020 alle ore 13:44 Subject: [CentOS-devel] CBS mash repositories going away next wednesday To: The CentOS developers mailing list. <centos-devel@centos.org> Tied to the previous announce, the new signing system will not depend on cbs-content-control, which itself was using repositories prepared by mash. Those repositories, while normally not meant to be consumed, will so go away. So all https://cbs.centos.org/repos/* will disappear next wednesday (FWIW) -- Fabian Arrotin The CentOS Project | https://www.centos.org gpg key: 17F3B7A1 | twitter: @arrfab _______________________________________________ CentOS-devel mailing list CentOS-devel@centos.org https://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos-devel -- Sandro Bonazzola MANAGER, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, EMEA R&D RHV Red Hat EMEA <https://www.redhat.com/> sbonazzo@redhat.com <https://www.redhat.com/>* <https://www.redhat.com/en/summit?sc_cid=7013a000002D2QxAAK>* *Red Hat respects your work life balance. This seems to break ovirt-imageio builds, since we still have proxy builds for el7: https://jenkins.ovirt.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/ovirt-imageio_standard-... [2020-03-26T16:00:42.110Z] https://cbs.centos.org/repos/virt7-ovirt-43-testing/ppc64le/os/repodata/repo...: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found We are using: $ cat ../automation/check-patch.repos.el7 centos-ovirt43-testing, https://cbs.centos.org/repos/virt7-ovirt-43-testing/$basearch/os/ kvm-common, https://cbs.centos.org/repos/virt7-kvm-common-testing/$basearch/os/ Since on master we are going to drop the proxy very soon, I think we can disable the el7 bulids now.
