Just an heads up that cbs.centos.org doesn't expose anymore any repo. Whatever configuration is trying to get repos from there is obsolete and needs to be updated to point to https://buildlogs.centos.org/ for packages tagged for testing or to http://mirror.centos.org/ for packages tagged for release. Please note packages tagged only as candidates are not available anymore in any repo.
