It's harder to do for minor releases, as they don't have distinct target milestones as major versions do. For example, 4.0 has 4.0.0-rc1, 4.0.0-rc2, 4.0.0-rc3, etc. 3.6.7 doesn't have that. Y.

Hi Sven, yep, target milestones with blocker flag should do the same job as the = former tracker bug.
