as CUSTOM_REPOS - this won't work.
Please take a look at the comments around the CUSTOM_REPOS parameter.
If you wanted to test that engine build, you should've used instead:

Please remember, that the patch for which you ran 'build artifacts'
needs to be rebased
on top of master. Otherwise your build will be older than the one here
[1], which would
cause your RPM not to be used in the run, which will make OST fail with
a message like:
"None of user custom repos has been used".
