Hello, I just merged the a change [1] that moves the local configuration from the /etc/sysconfig/ovirt-engine file to /etc/ovirt-engine/engine.conf. If you are using the engine-upgrade utility to upgrade your installation then it should move the configuration automatically during the next upgrade. If you are not using engine-upgrade then you will have to move manually whatever you have in /etc/sysconfig/ovirt-engine to /etc/ovirt-engine/engine.conf. Let me know if you find issues.
