No. Something wrong with the approach that was taken to write the spec file with developers in mind and not production.

This has been resolved in 3.3.

For 3.2 you can try:

# git clone ... # cd ... # make dist # rpmbuild -D"EXTRA_BUILD_FLAGS -P all-langs" -tb <tarball>
