What are the hard requirements from the candidate? Should he or she
already be familiar with the working of Virt SIG? Should she be an RPM/koji
expert?
It's mostly a matter of rebuilding src.rpm but it may happen that something
differs between RHEL and CentOS and requires some tweaking at RPM spec file
level.
So I would say knowing RPM spec syntax and having some experience with it
is a requirement.
As said, being a Fedora packager will help since the build commands are
pretty similar, most of them are just using "cbs" instead of
"fedpkg".
