I expect that it is not obvious for most developers, why change queue is failing, if the reason is change queue at all.

Which is https://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-master_change-queue-tester/17315/ which says: upgrade-from-release-suite.el7.x86_64 / 004_basic_sanity.upgrade_hosts is failing. Is this test expected to pass. From my understanding upgrade from rhel7 hosts will not be supported and is expected to fail. If the test is testing this, we should disable the test.
