[oVirt website] Donate hardware flow
Hi, on oVirt Website home page we have a banner "Donate Hardware!" which points to https://ovirt.org/community/get-involved/donate-hardware.html Provided nobody donated hardware other than what's listed there in the last few years and we are not using jenkins anymore now that we moved to GitHub, I would consider removing the banner and that section.
