Please review this enhancement to the way network attachment on host network device is kept in sync or not.
Perhaps we need a way on the host for the administrator to label a network so it is flagged by vdsm? For example on a RHEL/Fedora system you can use NM_CONTROLLED=no in the ifcfg-* files to tell network manager to ignore it.
Regards, Mike

I would like to see an alert notification when the host is Installed/added, and not only on the network dialog. There should be a message on the audit log for sure, alert ? ----- Original Message -----

Miki, Are you talking about issuing an audit log message when installing a host ( / changing the host DC ) if there is a mismatch between the logical network definition and the actual host network configuration? Thanks, Livnat
