I think it's a more appropriate question for the user mailing list. The short answer is yes, but you need to set it up correctly. It's just a Java application. That being said, you need to take of its configuration and more importantly, of it's Postgreqsl database high-availability. The preferred and popular alternative is using oVirt Hosted-Engine. Y.
