Getting "Could not fetch dashboard data. Please ensure that data warehouse is properly installed and configured" after upgrading RHV 4.2 to 4.3
I attempted to upgrade a hosted engine environment that was running RHV 4.2 to RHV 4.3 and everything appeared to have worked fine. Except when I login to the webui, I get the error in the dashboard that "Could not fetch dashboard data...." I see the dwhd service is running, and I noticed that there was a postgresql upgrade in the engine-setup, but I did not see any errors or oddness during the upgrade process. The engine uses SCL PG 10 (in 4.3), which is not in the default $PATH. To use it, assuming it was automatically provisioned by engine-setup, do something like: su - postgres scl enable rh-postgresql10 bash psql
