I installed ovirt-engine form pre 3.6 repo and attempted to configure it using engine-setup on rhel66 and centos7 for both it failed with the same issue so I opened [1].

I will test the feature once I am able to configure the engine before the end of this week or will use latest ovirt-engine-3.6 on Friday.
