IIRC that's as planned. Check build-artifacts.sh. We build only on fedora.
And IIRC Vinzenz builds it on fedora copr too. Note that usually the guest agent is not really part of oVirt - it's installed in guests, which are not supposed to have oVirt repos.

Even if its not building on oVirt CI hardware - I'd still prefer to have such processes automated on oVirt intra as opposed to done manually by the maintainer. The windows build of it is needed for building ovirt-wgt. ovirt-wgt is built in fc23/24. Now pushed [1] to build all in 24. [1] https://gerrit.ovirt.org/67789 Best,
