It is just missing in the documentation.
I'll update the docs for ansible-2.9 as in [1].
For ansible collection (2.10+) we have added module
which will automatically gather all operating system from API
so we don't need to update the readme every time [2].

I think that because of this, the hosted engine on 4.4.0 is still deployed
with RHEL7 specs.
