Change in ovirt-engine[master]: engine: refine MTU value treatment in VdsBrokerObjectsBuilder

Change subject: engine: refine MTU value treatment in VdsBrokerObjectsBuilder ...................................................................... engine: refine MTU value treatment in VdsBrokerObjectsBuilder VDSM started reporting MTU value as an integer rather than as string like that was before. The patch refines the treatment of the MTU value so it would be treated according to the actual received type.
