core: fix commit snapshot flow on active vm commit
* RestoreAllSnapshotsCommand -> getSnapshot method:
- COMMIT branch: get IN_PREVIEW snapshot by status.
* SnapshotDao:
- Added a new getter for fetching snapshots only by status.
* snapshot_sp.sql:
- Added GetSnapshotByVmIdAndStatus stored procedure.
