Could you elaborate what repoman is? Is it an existing project that
you're implementing in oVirt infra or something that started from
scratch for oVirt infra?
Is the result of the third refactor of the repo management bash
scripts we had at first. That were migrated to python and now
refactored in a modular fashion so it can be extended, and packaged so
we can keep trac of the versions and such.
