OST fails, cannot connect to repo

Hi, OST fails with 09:47:03 https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/sac/gluster-ansible/ epel-7-x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] curl#7 - "Failed connect to copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org:443; Connection refused" see e.g. [1] for full log.
