Question about login

Sorry for the question, but I try login in the jenkins.ovirt.org and return=
the message:
Login Error: unassociated null
null "null" is not associated with any of the Jenkins user account. Note th=
at if you already have a user account and is trying to associate a null wit=
h your account, this is a wrong place. To do so,
1. Login
2. Click on your name
3. Click on the "Configure" link, and then
4. associate a new null from that page
I need a special permission? Or it is another thing?
