Jenkins doesn't notify committers who broke the build

Hi, The Jenkins doesn't send emails on a broken build to the users which submitted their problematic patch, causing emails from Jenkins to engine-patches not being distinguished. Could a specific mail be sent to the committer and to the patch reviewers (or just for those who set the +2 flag)? Thanks, Moti
