Permissions for jenkins builds trigger by 'ci build please' comment

Hello, I'm writing a script that will automate some verifying process in ovirt-web-ui and need permissions for triggering the jenkins build in PRs with the 'ci build please' comment for this user: rhv-qe-github. It's using my email (isaranov(a)redhat.com) at the moment. Could you please add it to the whitelist? Thank you very much Ivana
