Install a new package on build server

why is it needed to be installed from rpm? wouldn't built process pick it up from maven repos?

why is it needed to be installed from rpm? wouldn't built process pick it up from maven repos?
It builds fine now... not sure what happened. The package is dependency of the spec BuildRequires... so rpmbuild did not work. Anyway it seems OK now. Alon.
