This patch includes API and message changes to support
VEPA networks in Kimchi:
- API.json: added 'vepa' as a valid connection in the networks
API
- docs/API.md: added 'vepa' as a valid connection in the networks
API.
- i18n.py: changed one message to add 'vepa' reference.
