Move all the imported files under ui/fontello and update the COPYING
file to properly point the directory to its license.
Add any license file from fontello to ui/fontello directory.

Web font is a way to leverage browser graphic technology to create icons.
For example, each character is a graphic, then icon can be built the
same way which is easy to customize size and color
These font files are not for text, but for icon.
