host tab table population works. Edit populates fields correctly. Parse contents from the form does not yet work. Updae needed to kimchi.form.js Consider changing the name notation from [] to . to make it simpler to parse. Haven't touched add yet, but it should be a linear extrapolation from edit->save Patch set includes latest UI from the list.
