I think this is the gap between GET response and the POST request, we
include "vlan_id" in POST request, but no "vlan_id" in lookup
response.
and we have "in_use" in GET response but not this param in POST request.
The parameters returned by GET response is not necessarily the same of
the POST request.
For example, when the network is created, it is not in use in the first
time so there is no need to add it to POST.
